Intellectual property
The texts, images, films, characters (the Vells), the monogram and the code of this site belong to ARKVELL Studio unless stated otherwise. The companies, people and figures shown in the demonstrations are fictional and illustrative. Reproducing them requires our written permission.
The typefaces Inter, Geist Mono and Instrument Serif are used under the SIL Open Font License.
Privacy
We collect as little as we can, and only to talk with you.
When you book a call
We receive your name, your email address, your company and, if you give them, your answers and your note. They are used for one thing only: organising the call and preparing it. They are kept in the event of our calendar (Google Calendar, Google LLC), which also sends you the invitation. We do not keep any other copy, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your data.
We keep the event as long as it is useful to our conversation, and at most 24 months after the call, unless we start working together.
Protection against abuse
To keep robots away from the booking, the request is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, invisibly, and the number of requests per network address is limited for a short time. No profile is built from it. Turnstile’s processing is described in Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Audience measurement, without cookies
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie, does not use your browser’s storage and does not follow you from site to site. This site sets no cookie at all, so there is no cookie banner.
Fonts and files
The fonts, the libraries and the images are hosted on this site: your browser does not contact any font or code provider when you read it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within one business day and act within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Controller
The controller is ARKVELL STUDIO, reachable at [email protected]. Processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, anti-abuse, audience measurement) and Google LLC (calendar and invitations). Transfers outside your country rely on these providers’ standard contractual clauses.
